Yes, because you approve it first. You get a live preview of your whole design, with your actual photos in place, before checkout, so you see the layout and crop we print. Printed colors may vary slightly from your screen. No mystery renders, no crossed paws.

No account required; guest checkout works just fine. Make one if you like; it lets you track orders and reorder your best friend's greatest hits in a click.

Nope. Dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, reptiles, horses, the whole menagerie. If it's your best friend, it belongs on a mug.

The more the merrier. Upload a photo with both (or all) your pets in it. For calendars, you can even give each month a different furry co-star.

JPG or PNG, sRGB color, as high-res as you've got. 2500 px or more on the long edge is the sweet spot. The editor flags anything too small.

Absolutely. Modern phones are print-grade. Just skip heavy filters that crush the detail. The one-second rule: if you can see those adorable eyes clearly, it'll print beautifully.

That means the file is a little small for a crisp print. Upload the original photo (not a screenshot or a copy squished by a messaging app), or pick a higher-resolution shot.

Because we print big and bold! Your pet can end up 20 inches wide on a canvas. A bright, sharp, close-up photo prints crisp and vivid, while a dark, blurry, or heavily zoomed-in shot (or a screenshot of a photo) can look grainy once it's blown up. Quick wins: shoot in daylight near a window, fill the frame with your pet, tap to focus on the eyes, and always upload the original file.

Natural light beats flash, get close so your pet fills the frame, and keep the eyes in sharp focus. For calendars, keep noses and whiskers a smidge below the top edge so the wire-O binding doesn't nibble an ear.

We print your photo exactly as you upload it (no retouching or background cutouts), so crop it and pick your favorite first. Want just your pet on a clean white mug? Upload a shot that's already close-cropped.

Yes, you just upload them again. We don't store your photos for reuse, so keep your favorites handy. If you're on our email list, we'll send you a reminder next fall when the new calendars are ready, and there are new designs each year.

Printed products last longest with a little care. Mugs are dishwasher safe. Wash apparel inside-out in cold water and tumble dry low. Hand-wash the water bottle. Keep canvases and prints out of direct sun, which fades any printed photo over time. If something arrives with a print defect, our guarantee covers a free reprint or a full refund.

T-shirt runs S-3XL; the sweatshirt and hoodie run S-5XL, all a relaxed unisex fit. Not sure of your size? Measure around the fullest part of your chest and match it here:

We think so! Everything is made to order, so we only print what you actually buy. No warehouse of unsold stock headed for landfill. We also print close to home, which means shorter shipping trips and a smaller carbon pawprint.

Responsibly sourced where we can: FSC-certified paper for our calendars, FSC-certified wood for canvas frames, and water-based, non-toxic inks on apparel. Add sturdy ceramic mugs, stainless steel bottles, and natural cotton totes. Built to last, not to toss.

Most orders ship in cardboard; please recycle what your local program accepts.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada, and we're working on adding more countries. US orders of $30 or more ship free.

Printing is usually 2-4 business days, and delivery typically adds another 3-6 business days. So from click to doorstep, plan on about one to two weeks. We print near you to keep things speedy.

For delivery in the contiguous US by Christmas, place your order by Wednesday, December 9. Each calendar is printed to order, which takes 2 to 4 business days, and shipping takes another 3 to 6 business days. December is the busiest time of year for printers and carriers, so we set our date a few days earlier than our printer's to leave room for delays. Orders placed after December 9 still ship, they just may not arrive before the 25th.

Running late? A gift card is emailed within minutes, and they add their own photos to make the calendar themselves.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, and US orders of $30 or more ship free. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order leaves the den, so you can watch it make its way home.

US orders: never. Orders shipping to Canada may be charged duties or import taxes on delivery; those are set by local customs, not by us. (Sadly, pets travel duty-free but calendars don't.)

Yes! Just enter any shipping address at checkout and we'll send it straight to the lucky human (or pet).

We'll send a free reprint or a full refund. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue (and of the box, if it was damaged in transit). The same goes if you receive the wrong item.
