Nope. Dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, reptiles, horses, the whole menagerie. If it's your best friend, it belongs on a mug.

The more the merrier. Upload a photo with both (or all) your pets in it. For calendars, you can even give each month a different furry co-star.

JPG or PNG, sRGB color, as high-res as you've got. 2500 px or more on the long edge is the sweet spot. The editor flags anything too small.

Absolutely. Modern phones are print-grade. Just skip heavy filters that crush the detail. The one-second rule: if you can see those adorable eyes clearly, it'll print beautifully.

That means the file is a little small for a crisp print. Upload the original photo (not a screenshot or a copy squished by a messaging app), or pick a higher-resolution shot.

Because we print big and bold! Your pet can end up 20 inches wide on a canvas. A bright, sharp, close-up photo prints crisp and vivid, while a dark, blurry, or heavily zoomed-in shot (or a screenshot of a photo) can look grainy once it's blown up. Quick wins: shoot in daylight near a window, fill the frame with your pet, tap to focus on the eyes, and always upload the original file.

Natural light beats flash, get close so your pet fills the frame, and keep the eyes in sharp focus. For calendars, keep noses and whiskers a smidge below the top edge so the wire-O binding doesn't nibble an ear.

We print your photo exactly as you upload it (no retouching or background cutouts), so crop it and pick your favorite first. Want just your pet on a clean white mug? Upload a shot that's already close-cropped.

Only upload images you own the rights to. (We love famous cartoon dogs too, but lawyers don't.)

Mug: dishwasher and microwave safe. Apparel: wash inside-out, cold, tumble low. Water bottle: hand-wash to protect the print and insulation. Canvas and prints: dust gently and keep out of direct sun.

We think so! Everything is made to order, so we only print what you actually buy. No warehouse of unsold stock headed for landfill. We also print close to home, which means shorter shipping trips and a smaller carbon pawprint.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada, and we're working on adding more countries. US orders over $35 ship free.

Printing is usually 2-4 business days, and delivery typically adds another 5-10 business days. So from click to doorstep, plan on about one to two weeks. We print near you to keep things speedy.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, and US orders over $35 ship free. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order leaves the den, so you can watch it make its way home.

US orders: never. Orders shipping to Canada may be charged duties or import taxes on delivery; those are set by local customs, not by us. (Sadly, pets travel duty-free but calendars don't.)

Yes! Just enter any shipping address at checkout and we'll send it straight to the lucky human (or pet).

We'll reprint it free. Snap a photo of the issue and the shipping box within 30 days and we'll make it right.

Yes, our Happy Tails Guarantee: your order arrives crisp, vivid, and damage-free, or we'll reprint or refund it. Just message us within 30 days with a photo. Custom pieces can't be returned for a change of heart, but we stand behind our quality 100%.

Since each one is made just for you (and Muffin), we can't take returns for preference changes, but defects and print errors are always covered within 30 days.
