Welcome to PetCalendar.com. By accessing or purchasing from this website (the "Site"), operated by Clutch Digital LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products. We sell custom, print-on-demand pet calendars and related products. Product colors may vary slightly from your screen due to monitor and printing differences.

2. Your content and license. When you upload photos or designs, you confirm you own them or have the right to use them, and you grant us the limited right to reproduce them solely to print and fulfill your order. You are responsible for the content you upload; do not upload anything unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

3. Orders and pricing. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information. Charges are processed securely at checkout.

4. Custom items. Because products are personalized and made to order, they are final sale except as described in our Refund and Return Policy.

5. Shipping. Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Intellectual property. All Site content (excluding your uploads) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or this Site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted here is the current one.
