Refund policy
Because every PetCalendar is personalized and made to order, each item is unique to you and cannot be restocked or resold. For that reason:
Custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund for change-of-mind or ordering errors (for example, wrong photos uploaded or typos in your design). Please review your design carefully before ordering.
Our quality guarantee: We stand behind our printing. We will reprint or refund your order free of charge if your item arrives damaged or defective, there was a printing or production error on our end, or you received the wrong item.
How to make a claim: Email patrick@petcalendar.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a free reprint or a full refund.
Order changes and cancellations: Because we print quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible at patrick@petcalendar.com and we will do our best.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
