Phone photos work. Use the original from your camera roll, not a screenshot or a photo saved from social media. Those come through much smaller than they look. Pick a shot where your pet fills most of the frame. Pinch or drag in the designer to place them.
If the designer flags a photo: it is measuring pixels against the space it has to fill. It is not judging your photo. Use the largest original you have, then check the preview at full size. If it looks sharp there, it will print well.

Yes, as long as it is in focus and reasonably well lit. Upload it in the editor and check the preview before ordering.

Does the hoodie have a pocket?
Yes, a front pouch pocket, plus a double-lined hood.
How heavy is the fabric?
It is a heavy-blend 50/50 cotton-poly fleece pullover, so it is warm rather than lightweight.
How do I keep the print from cracking?
Turn it inside out before washing and dry on low. Direct-to-garment prints last longest away from high heat.
