Phone photos work. Use the original from your camera roll, not a screenshot or a photo saved from social media. Those come through much smaller than they look. Pick a shot where your pet fills most of the frame. Pinch or drag in the designer to place them.
If the designer flags a photo: it is measuring pixels against the space it has to fill. It is not judging your photo. Use the largest original you have, then check the preview at full size. If it looks sharp there, it will print well.

Where does my pet's photo go on an accent mug?
The photo prints on the white body of the mug, which is the print area. Upload your photo in the editor and you will see exactly how it sits before you order.
What colors can I choose from?
Six: Ceramic Yellow, Pink, Green, Red, Black, and Blue. The color appears on the rim, the inside, and the handle, with the outside body left white for the photo.
Can I wash it in the dishwasher?
Yes. This 11oz ceramic mug is both dishwasher and microwave safe, and the print holds its color.
What size is the accent mug?
11oz, 96mm tall with an 80mm bottom diameter.
How long does shipping take and what if it arrives damaged?
Each mug is made to order after you approve your design. Production takes 2-4 business days and shipping 3-6, so it usually arrives in 5-10 business days, with tracking, anywhere in the United States or Canada. If it arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong, email patrick@petcalendar.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo for a free reprint or a full refund.
